Before you submit to us a service request, please read this first!

Before contacting us with a technical issue, please review the questions and answers below. To ensure we can help you as quickly as possible, please provide us the following information in your ticket:

  1. Computer operating system (Windows XP, Vista, Mac OS X, etc.)
  2. Internet browser and version number (Firefox 3.0.5, Internet Explorer 7.0, Safari 4.0, etc.)
  3. Type of Internet connection (DSL, T1, cable, dial-up, etc.)
  4. Which service provider you use to access the Internet (AT&T, Verizon, AOL, Comcast, etc.)
  5. Region of the world you are located (preferably city/state)
  6. The exact steps were taken which cause your problem. The more specific, the better. Tell us step-by-step what you clicked and what was displayed. If there were any error messages, copy and paste the exact text in the email. The more information we have, the more likely we will be able to handle your issue in a timely manner.
  7. Your url: Website Name (example: www.mywebsite.com).
  8. Explain is as much detailed as possible what the issue/request is and we will do our very best to address it ASAP.
